# Registering a company

### Register

You can register a company [here](https://umsjon.alfred.is/en/fyrirtaeki-skraning). The registration is free. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the Alfred Admin System. Once you have confirmed the registration, you are all set.

### What you need to do once the company has been registered:

1. Create a Company Profile
First, you need to create a Company Profile and enter the main information about the workplace; brand (logo), address, telephone number, etc.

2. Create job ad
Once the Company Profile has been created, you can [create your first job ad](/is/article/creating-a-job-ad-1jwgn3r/).

3. Receiving and processing applications
The Alfred Recruitment System is enabled when you create an ad and is a great way to receive and process applications.
