Departments (for PO numbers)
Departments are used when a company wants invoices sent to specific departments within the same workplace, e.g. marketing department on one hand and production department on the other. This can also be used if there needs to be a PO number or other explanation on invoices.
When Department is added to advertisement, it will appear on the invoice for the advertisement.
You can create Departments under each Company profile. You can hover over the Company profile the ad will be created on and click on Edit.
Under Payment details > Departments, you can edit existing departments or add new ones.
In Step 1 when creating an advertisement, a dropdown list with the Departments on this company profile will appear (if there are any).
NOTE: Departments do not appear on advertisements and are used solely for the purpose of ensuring that the advertisement is billed to the correct department within the company or has the correct PO number.

How to create a department?
