To register for the Talent Pool, your profile must be 100% complete, and you should provide detailed information that helps potential employers find you.

With Alfred, you now have two methods for finding a job. Let’s compare these two approaches to understand the differences better:

Note !!! Building the Talent Pool takes time

Keep in mind that job offers for profiles won’t start coming in until a few months down the line.

The Talent Pool can be a new resource for you and other Alfred users. This service is perfect for people who are currently employed. You never know—there might be a job out there that suits you even better than what you’ve got now, like a higher salary, better work environment, or just closer to home.
